Bloombase AIM Workbook
Brand Identity & 150+ Page Course Publication Design
OVERVIEW
Bloombase commissioned full visual identity development and layout design for "TAKE AIM," an intensive course workbook tailored for up-and-coming women executives in their 20s and 30s. Spanning over 150 pages, the publication was crafted as both an inspiring guide and an interactive tool, balancing rich editorial content with dedicated functional spaces for reflection, journaling, and sketch responses.
DESIGN & INSPIRATION
Visual Theme & Motifs: Built around a navigational and tactical theme—utilizing topographical map overlays, compass imagery, directional arrows, and plus-sign icons to symbolize career direction, forward momentum, and positive growth.
Color Palette: Selected an energetic orange and deep red primary palette balanced by neutral grays, designed to feel bold, modern, and engaging for a younger cohort of professional leaders.
Layout & Page Architecture: Developed custom graphic solutions across nearly every spread, incorporating unique infographics, illustrated frameworks, and clear typographic hierarchy to break down complex leadership concepts while maintaining clean whitespace for user interaction.
RESULTS & IMPACT
- Delivered an expansive, publication-grade workbook that seamlessly guides participants through an interactive multi-session career curriculum.
- Established a vibrant brand identity for the AIM program that connects directly with modern, high-potential women executives.
- Created a highly functional balance between complex analytical content, custom infographics, and open-ended workspace.
